As soon as we receive your application, we will email you your application number.

Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal from the contract for returned goods/services, we will provide our decision to the email address provided in the application and refund all payments made, including delivery costs.

! Please note that if you cancel the service, you will have to pay the proportional fee for using the service.
